When
- Tour Times: With the exception of holidays and Spring Break our tours run Monday through Friday at:11:00am, 1:00pm, 3:00pm

Tarleton will be closed Friday, March 16, 2012 for Spring Break, no tours will be given this day. Tour will not be given Thursday, March 29 and Friday, March 30, 2012 in preparation for our capus preview day, Texan Tour. Please schedule a visit with us soon. We look forward to seeing you!
What
- The tour is a walking tour and gives an inside view of the campus, which takes approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours depending on the number of students on the tour.
- Reminder: Wear comfortable shoes.
- If you have any questions regarding the tour, please do not hesitate to ask us when you call to make your reservation 800-687-4878.

- Individual Tours: Please call to make a reservation for a tour 800-687-4878 or local 254-968-9845. This will help us ensure that we will have plenty of tour guides for your tour.
- Group Tours: If you would like to bring a group for a tour please contact us by phone at 254-968-9845 or 1-800-687-4878 (toll free) or email Jessica Hendrickson at jhendrickson@tarleton.edu.
Where
- Welcome Center in the Tarleton Center. Our front door faces Washington Street. We are directly across from Subway/Dominos Pizza.
- Arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled tour.
- There are Welcome Center parking Spaces that say "Future Texan Parking Only" and Visitors spaces for your convenience in the parking lot directly in front of our office
There are dates that University Residence Halls will not be available to show due to student move-in, move-out and cleaning dates. See closing dates at Available Show Room Dates.
Currently we do not have showrooms available, however, we are able to show the lobbies of several residence halls. Please view the Housing website - Residential Living and Learning at www.tarleton.edu/housing
